Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the manager's office
  • Coordinate daily activities, conduct basic research, and ensure requests are completed on time
  • Handle inquiries, screen correspondence, and determine actions or referrals required
  • Manage telephone coverage, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements including flights and hotels
  • Draft letters, internal memos, reports, and confidential correspondence
  • Take and transcribe dictation and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Process and verify incoming documents including invoices and statements to support approvals
  • Prepare meeting materials, charts, and supporting documents
  • Maintain confidential filing systems and control sensitive information
  • Coordinate purchasing of office supplies and ensure office equipment is maintained
  • Assist with explaining procedures and policies in response to internal inquiries
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by department management
Ideal Profile
  • Relevant vocational, tertiary, or trade qualification
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant administrative or office support experience
  • Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow‑up skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Mature, reliable, and capable of working in a structured corporate environment
