Position Overview

Executive Assistant to General Manager – Luxury Hotel Office – Doha, Qatar.

Doha, Qatar. Industry: Hospitality. Function:
Office Management – Administrative Support. Full‑time. Salary: 8000‑10000 monthly (market estimated).

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the main point of contact for all administrative matters related to the General Manager.
  • Manage GM’s calendar, appointments, internal meetings, and event coordination.
  • Handle VIP bookings, guest letters, and internal coordination for high‑level visitors.
  • Update and maintain compliance records in the Qatar Tourism System (e.g., license renewals, classifications).
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute action points to relevant teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and correspondence at all times.
  • Draft and respond to routine emails and correspondence on behalf of the GM.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental activities, employee recognition events, and executive communications.
  • Screen incoming calls, manage messages, and ensure smooth flow of information to and from the GM’s office.
Ideal Profile
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills in English;
    Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and discretion.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working in a culturally diverse and guest‑facing environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
  • Professional, polished, and able to multitask under pressure.
