We are a Doha-based company seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
This role is open to Nepali nationals who are fluent in English and do not require accommodation. We offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities- Managing the administrative tasks of the office including answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.
This position is open to both men and women.
