Enrollment Assistant

Role

Purpose:

Enrolment Assistant ensures that the policy details are uploaded with 100% accuracy, which will facilitate all the other support function to deliver as per the standards. Assist / Coordinate ML Underwriting Officer as and when required.

• Follow all relevant Customer Service departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

• Uploading of member data received from the insurance company.
• Ensure Data Entry, Data upload, printing of cards, & card dispatch within TAT.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Internal departments, branches and other regions) for issue resolution and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinating with Insurance Companies, vendors for:
  Policy copy, Cards & endorsement.
• Handling Grievances from Customer care and Corporate coordinator.
• Track the inventory of card printing stationery.

• Work on underwriting as and when required.
• Carry-out all necessary responsibilities for smooth delivery

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Call Centre unit systems, processes and practices taking into account 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

• Maintain & publish daily/weekly/monthly reports on the number of new additions & endorsement requests handled (which shall include no. of cards printed).
• Publish a fortnightly/monthly report on card printing stationery stock.

• Graduates with good communication
• Minimum experience required is 2 – 4 years within insurance preferably medical insurance
• Understanding of customer and market scenario
• Nationality Requirement:
  Filipino nationals
• Age Requirement: 25 to 35 years old
