Responsibilities
Organise, administer and update the company master data on organizational structure, cost centre organisation assignments and positions on SAP Organizational Management Module, and maintain the contractor database in SAP and organisation charts.
Maintain and update the company organization structure and position assignments in SAP and Org Charter, ensuring accurate data files by inputting and checking data against source documents.
Analyse and administer new and revised department organization charts and changes to positions and titles, preparing and updating establishment workforce reports through SAP.
Collate workforce data input for the annual Corporate Planning benchmarking exercise, recommending changes to the present system to ease collection of data for future presentations and reports.
Receive and check organisation requests for employee movement (position titles, transfers, organisation changes).
Review PAFs and indicate whether recommendations are within establishment and align to the approved MP budget.
Prepare and check data accuracy of numerous month end workforce reports, summaries and graphs via SAP ad hoc reports for distribution to senior management; write ad hoc queries and prepare reports as required, including contribution to annual statistical reports.
Support coordination and consolidation of the annual Workforce Budget and forecasting program, organising meetings with Department Managers to discuss planned increases, deletions, reclassifications, redesignations and preparing management summaries; participate in meetings with Managers to discuss and finalise workforce forecasts.
Assist and maintain contractors under Contractor Work Orders (CWO) database in SAP and positions in org charts, liaising with IT for contractors authorised for processing WFs, creating email accounts and TOFA responsibilities.
Assist in preparation of Secondee administration documentation, including letters and personnel movement forms for parent company approval and monthly movement report; provide support in coordination of nomination and interview of new Secondee and liaise with JV Partners.
Act as focal point for resolution of identified MP planning and organisation chart problems or required software.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Administration.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with analytical and technical skills in personnel and workforce control, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience in SAP org database and statistical applications in relevant data gathering, processing and presentation activities.
- Strong systems technical and analytical abilities for identification of issues and development of fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
- Proficiency in the use of SAP system and Microsoft Office.
- Very good written and spoken English.
