Position: Administrative Specialist - 3 Months

People Dynamics is Hiring | Administrative Specialist

Location:

Qatar

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on Project and Performance)

We're looking for a proactive Administrative Specialist for our client to support day‑to‑day operations and ensure efficient coordination across business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
  • Prepare official correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing emails and official communications.
  • Archive documents in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Follow up on purchase requests, invoices, and pending payments.
  • Assist in preparing periodic reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter and update data in ERP or other business systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor compliance with internal procedures and policies.
  • Prepare operational reports and statistical summaries.
  • Track advances and follow up on settlements.
  • Support contract administration and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Experience with ERP or business management systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar and available for immediate joining.
