Job Requirement:

- Coordinate executive and board-level meetings end to end agendas, papers, logistics, minutes and follow-up on action items
- Act as the first point of contact for the executive office, managing correspondence and liaising with internal leadership, regulators, board members and external partners
- Prepare, review and refine presentations, reports, briefing notes and correspondence in both Arabic and English
- Manage domestic and international travel, visas, itineraries and expense reporting
- Handle highly confidential and market-sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Coordinate executive-level events, delegations and official visits
- Track deliverables across the leadership team and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Support the day-to-day running of the executive office, including document control and record management
What we're looking for
- Minimum 10 years' experience in executive assistant, executive office or similar roles, with substantial time supporting C-suite or board-level executives.
- Full professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Prior experience within financial services, banking, capital markets or a regulated environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent written communication, drafting and document preparation skills in both languages
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

- Polished, professional presence with senior internal and external stakeholders.
