Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, working closely with management, employees, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Experience supporting organizations within the industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technology, or related sectors will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office administration, correspondence, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and office requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and company documents.
- Support HR and employee-related administrative activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
- Assist management with reports and other administrative tasks.
- Support general office and operational requirements as needed.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.
- Experience in an industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technology environment is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills and a valid Qatar driving license will be an advantage.
