We are hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English and looking for a contract job without accommodation. This is a great opportunity for students looking to gain office experience.

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and emails
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
• Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents

• Egyptian nationality
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
This is a contract job with a monthly salary of 1200$.
