Position: Senior Administrator - Outsourced (Real Estate registration)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrator with real estate background to drive operational support, documentation accuracy, and cross-functional coordination for our operations.

Senior Administrator role will be an outsourced role.

Main Responsibilities:

Documentation & Support:

Ensuring error - free documentation, support productivity, and maintaining accurate records.

Coordination & Reporting:

Liaising with key stakeholders, developing and monitoring SLAs.

Process Execution:

Taking full ownership of unit registration, lease registration, UOR - Utilization of Rights, and Re-sale transactions.

Policy & Reporting:

Overseeing implementation of policies, ensuring procedural compliance and producing reports.

Administrative Tasks:

Managing expenses, gathering data, printing, meeting scheduling, and handling priorities with minimal guidance.

Requirements:

4+ years of relevant experience in city management/ real estate operations.

Strong knowledge of IWMS and MS office suite

Should have sound knowledge of real estate laws in Qatar.

Should have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Should be a bachelor's in arts or science in related field.

Should be locally available in Qatar with valid QID.
