Food & Beverage Sales Coordinator

• Support in coordination and client communication for promotions and offers
• Prepare proposals contracts and event orders with accuracy and a strong sense of ownership
• Manage F amp B reservations for groups events and special dining requests
• Handle inquiries and leads with quick warm and professional responses
• Make promotional calls to highlight offers events and dining experiences
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing scheduling documentation and internal communication
• Maintain updated records across client databases reports and booking systems
• Coordinate with F amp B and Operations to ensure seamless event and dining execution
• Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance summaries and basic inputs for Oasys
• Balance multiple priorities with confidence reservations admin work and sales support

Experience in hospitality, F&B coordination, or administrative support. Strong communication skills in English and a naturally service oriented approach. Excellent organization and attention to detail, especially when juggling multiple tasks. Confidence using MS Office; familiarity with PMS/CRM systems and Oasys payroll is a plus. A team focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
