Overview Of The Role

We are looking for a skilled Pro Body Technician to join our Bodyshop Aftersales team in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out body repairs and panel replacement work to manufacturer standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency. You will play an important part in restoring vehicles to the required structural and cosmetic standards while supporting excellent customer experience.

• Carry out body panel repairs, replacements, structural repairs, and dent rectification in line with repair orders and workshop standards.
• Use alignment and measuring systems to restore damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
• Operate body repair tools and equipment safely and effectively, including welding and sanding equipment.
• Maintain high workmanship standards to ensure durability, safety, and first-time-right repairs.
• Follow all health, safety, and housekeeping procedures while keeping tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Protect customer vehicles during the repair process and contribute to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Complete assigned jobs within the expected time standards to support workshop productivity and efficiency.

• High School education with a technical certification in engineering or car body construction and repair.
• 3–4 years of experience as a dent er/body technician, including at least 2 years working on monocoque bodies.
• Strong knowledge of body repair methods, structural alignment, panel replacement, and dent correction.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, repair instructions, and workshop manuals in English. Good understanding of safe working practices, quality standards, and proper use of body shop tools and equipment.

You will be part of the Bodyshop Aftersales team in Qatar, working in a fast-paced workshop environment focused on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Bodyshop Supervisor, you will collaborate with colleagues who are committed to high repair standards, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Hands-on experience in major body repairs and vehicle structural restoration.
• Confidence in using specialist tools, measuring systems, and body alignment equipment.
• A strong focus on repair quality, productivity, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and dealer service standards.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to consistently deliver professional results.
• Willingness to complete required training, internal assessments, and certification programs.
