Al-Futtaim Automotive Doha is seeking a Parts Advisor to join the Aftersales team. You will welcome customers at the parts counter, understand their requirements, and provide accurate parts advice, ensuring quick, correct recommendations and smooth service delivery from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
You will prepare cost estimates, create and manage repair orders, coordinate with workshop on progress, monitor inventory, and handle returns and billing in line with company procedures.
