Automotive Technician – Wheel Alignment & Suspension Specialist - فني سيارات – تخصص ميزانية ورودات

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician specializing in Wheel Alignment, Suspension, and Steering Systems
. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in diagnosing faults and performing maintenance and repair work in accordance with quality and safety standards.

• Diagnose suspension and steering system faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Perform wheel alignment services and adjust wheel alignment angles to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect, repair, and replace steering and suspension system components, including control arms, shock absorbers, air suspension components (where applicable), ball joints, tie rod ends, steering racks/gearboxes, suspension arms, bushings, and related components.
• Inspect wheel bearings, hubs, and other suspension components, replacing damaged parts as required.
• Check tire condition and air pressure and assess their impact on vehicle alignment and handling.
• Conduct road tests before and after repairs to ensure the quality of work performed.
• Operate wheel alignment machines and diagnostic equipment efficiently.
• Prepare reports detailing diagnosed faults, completed repairs, and required spare parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while complying with health and safety regulations.

• Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or an equivalent qualification. Exceptional practical experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wheel alignment and suspension repair.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing steering and suspension systems for various vehicle makes and models.
• Proficiency in using modern wheel alignment equipment.
• Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and steering and suspension systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and perform well under pressure.
• Experience working with Japanese, Korean, European, and American vehicles.
• Valid driver's license.

• تشخيص أعطال نظام التعليق والتوجيه باستخدام أجهزة الفحص.
• تنفيذ أعمال ميزانية الأذرعة (Wheel Alignment) وضبط زوايا الإطارات.
• فحص وإصلاح واستبدال مكونات نظام التوجيه والتعليق، بما في ذلك المقصات، المساعدات، المساعدات الهوائية (إن وجدت)، المقصات، البيض، التيش، علب الدركسون، الأذرعة، والجلب.
• فحص الرمانات والهوبات وأجزاء التعليق الأخرى واستبدال التالف منها.
• التأكد من سلامة الإطارات وضغط الهواء وتأثيرها على ميزانية المركبة.
• إجراء اختبار قيادة قبل وبعد الإصلاح للتأكد من جودة العمل.
• استخدام أجهزة الميزانية وأدوات الفحص الحديثة بكفاءة.
• إعداد تقارير بالأعطال والإصلاحات المنفذة وقطع الغيار المطلوبة.
• المحافظة على نظافة مكان العمل والالتزام بإجراءات السلامة المهنية.

• دبلوم في ميكانيكا السيارات أو ما يعادله، ويجوز قبول الخبرة العملية المتميزة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أعمال الميزانية والرودات.
• خبرة في تشخيص وإصلاح أنظمة التعليق والتوجيه لمختلف أنواع السيارات.
• القدرة على استخدام أجهزة ميزانية السيارات الحديثة.
• معرفة جيدة بقطع الغيار وأنظمة التعقـل والتوجيه.
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
• خبرة في السيارات اليابانية والكورية والأوروبية والأمريكية- رخصة قيادة سارية.
