The PPF Installer role at Ferra’s Automotive Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The PPF Installer is responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces, accurately measuring and cutting paint protection film (PPF), and applying the film to vehicles to protect paint finishes. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles for damage, cleaning and prepping panels, aligning and smoothing film to avoid bubbles or defects, and performing final quality checks.

The role also involves maintaining tools and materials, following safety and manufacturer guidelines, and communicating clearly with service advisors and customers about work performed and recommended care.

• Strong practical skills in automotive detailing, vehicle surface preparation, and hands-on installation work.
• Experience or training in paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wrap, or similar automotive film application techniques.
• Attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and ability to follow technical instructions and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of automotive body and paint care, including cleaning products, surface correction, and finish protection.
• Commitment to safety practices, proper tool handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Doha, Qatar, including occasional extended hours when needed.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to support a positive service experience.
• Previous experience in an automotive workshop or detailing environment is preferred; vocational training or certification in automotive services is an advantage.
