• Greet customers and provide them with a positive service experience
• Consult with customers about their vehicle issues and maintenance needs
• Schedule service appointments and manage service bookings
• Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs
• Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines
• Upsell additional services or maintenance packages as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly

• Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Sales skills and ability to upsell services/?li>
• Familiarity with automotive systems and diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of automotive products and services
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
