. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end fragrance product development, ensuring exceptional quality, innovation, and market competitiveness.

• Lead the development of new fragrances in partnership with master perfumers.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to drive innovation and product uniqueness.
• Evaluate and approve fragrance samples to ensure alignment with brand standards.

• Source premium raw materials and negotiate with suppliers for optimal value.
• Monitor production workflows to ensure compliance with quality and industry benchmarks.
• Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to support continuous product advancement.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute successful product launches and campaigns.
• Analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to shape product positioning.
• Define pricing, distribution, and go-to-market strategies aligned with market insights.

• Proven experience in fragrance product development or cosmetics/FMCG product management
• Strong market analysis and creative development skills
• Excellent negotiation abilities and supplier management experience
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and creative teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management capabilities
