We are seeking a passionate and highly strategic Senior Account Manager to lead integrated communications for a key banking client in our Doha office. This role requires a keen understanding of the financial industry, exceptional coordination abilities, and a passion for delivering high‑quality, insight‑driven work. You will be central to client growth and creative excellence, playing a pivotal role in driving both short‑term results and long‑term brand value.

Your strong strategic thinking, campaign management expertise, and proven client relationship skills will be essential to success.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop a deep understanding of the banking client's business model, objectives, and audience segments to deliver relevant and highly effective communication strategies.
  • Partner seamlessly with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to ensure end‑to‑end campaign delivery across all channels.
  • Translate client briefs into clear, concise, and actionable internal tasks, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution of projects.
  • Provide sharp feedback and actively contribute to shaping creative solutions that are deeply grounded in business insights and customer behavior.
  • Lead the day‑to‑day management of projects and timelines across ATL, digital, and social media channels.
  • Ensure exceptional client servicing, building relationships based on trust, reliability, and continuous added value.
  • Support and collaborate with Account Directors on larger strategic opportunities, including new business pitches and business development initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members, facilitating knowledge transfer and fostering their continuous professional development.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, the evolving banking/financial landscape, and consumer expectations specifically within Qatar.
  • Monitor campaign performance meticulously and proactively recommend optimizations to maximize effectiveness.
  • Partner effectively with Producers and Project Managers to deliver fully integrated campaigns on time and within scope.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an agency environment.
  • Proven exposure to banking, fintech, or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of digital, social, and traditional offline communication channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • A strategic mindset coupled with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering measurable results.
  • Preferred:
    Arabic language proficiency.
