Our portfolio includes leading fashion marketplaces like Italist, HEWI, and Verishop; affiliate marketing platforms like Stylight and My Best Brands ;

B2B technology solutions like Bonsai; and niche marketplaces in the Creator and Construction spaces like Everpress and DOZR.

About The Role
As we expand our luxury resale business (HEWI) and designer marketplace (Italist) into the Middle East, we’re looking for someone to join us as a VIP Account Manager (Luxury Fashion).
This is a full-time, remote‑first role in Qatar or the UAE.

Things You’ll Work On

  • Business Development: source and onboard new VIP customers to the ICG ecosystem, building a book of business with ideal customers spending >$40,000 annually.
  • Luxury Consignment: help customers monetize their closets, coordinate product shipment, and manage the sales process through HEWI.
  • New/Next Season Purchasing: act as a Personal Shopper to curate a wardrobe and find best deals for customers.
  • Escalated Tier 1 Customer Support: dedicated point of contact and escalation for VIP customers.
