JobOverview:
Stonefort is looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of CFDs (Contracts for Difference) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong client book, experience in financial markets, and a proven track record and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and convert them into active trading clients.
- Achieve set KPIs and targets; set out on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Promote CFD trading products and services to retail and institutional clients.
- Be actively aligned with current market trends to attract potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and traders.
- Active client base and a strong market connection is an added plus.
- Work internally with relevant departments to provide best onboarding experience.
- Stay aligned with the risks and benefits of CFD trading to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing and trading teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
- Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and competitor offerings.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in CFD trading, forex, or financial markets equivalents.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, margin trading, leverage, and risk management.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with all regulations and financial market compliance is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in using CRM systems, trading platforms (CRM, MT4, MT5), and lead management tools.
