Sourcing Procurement Manager

A leading organisation in Qatar is seeking an experienced Manager, Procurement Sourcing to join its expanding Procurement Sourcing & Category Management function. This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for driving end-to-end source-to-contract activity, managing supplier negotiations and partnering closely with internal stakeholders across the business.

As Manager, Procurement Sourcing, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the source-to-contract lifecycle across assigned categories.
• Developing scopes of work, drafting RFQs/RFPs, and overseeing competitive tendering processes.
• Conducting supplier bid analysis, formal negotiations, and ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Drafting supplier contracts in partnership with Group Legal.
• Managing and optimising the vendor panel and supplier database.
• Supporting internal departments with their procurement needs and ensuring SLA adherence.
• Driving cost efficiency, process optimisation, and procurement best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and risk frameworks.

We are looking for candidates with:

• 6+ years’ experience in procurement, ideally within a highly regulated international environment (banking, financial services or similar preferred).
• Strong experience in RFP development, tendering, contract negotiation, and category management.
• Excellent analytical skills, commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Experience working closely with internal stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• MCIPS or other relevant professional accreditation preferred.
