Job DescriptionJob purpose :
Analyze and generate economics modelling and analysis of MM-PPP Projects. Manage and be responsible for the PPP project's financial and budgeting from pre-application meeting through final approval. Provide strategic input and comment into the assessment of PPP Projects applications.
- Analyze and generate the economic and financial decisions made by MME regarding the initiation of PPP project.
- Perform research based on data (made available by others and/or generated by the applicant) for economic analysis, developing economics models of possible scenarios, then applying a variety of quantitative and qualitative analytical methods, such as cost-benefit, business case, NPV, IRR, and risk-sensitivity analyses.
- Interpret complex analysis into understandable reports to present and explain the economics modelling and projections.
- Liaise with the appropriate stakeholders in ensuring the timely approval of the economics modelling which will form the basis for the "go no go" project initiation decision.
- Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or economics, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years' experience in project feasibility studies for large international companies.
- Membership of International Project Professional as advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
