The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing administrative and commercial support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of quotations, tenders, and contract documentation. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience with ERP systems, quotation and tender preparation, and a solid understanding of contracting processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and tender documents through the ERP system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the sales team in compiling tender submissions, technical documents, and pricing schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations departments to gather necessary inputs for offers and bids.
- Maintain and update pricing, client information, and quotation status within the ERP system.
- Review tender requirements, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in contract preparation, renewals, and documentation in line with corporate procedures.
- Track ongoing tenders and follow up on submitted proposals to support sales closure.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain organized records of quotations and contracts.
- Support sales forecasting and pipeline management as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, tendering, or commercial coordination within a contracting or trading company.
- Mandatory experience in quotation and tender preparation through an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of contracting processes, tendering procedures, and documentation workflows.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in construction, industrial, or engineering sectors.
- Familiarity with government or private sector tender portals.
- Basic understanding of project costing and commercial terms.
