About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper with proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry. The Storekeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely issuance and receipt of materials, and supporting smooth daily operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Verify the quantity and quality of items received against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in a clean, safe, and accessible manner.
  • Issue requested items to departments following proper documentation and approval procedures.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely data entry in the inventory management system.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert management when reordering is necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing and Finance departments for procurement and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly reports on stock movement and consumption trends.
  • HACCP knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and record‑keeping skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.
