• Experienced as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Corporate and/or Investment Banking products, processes, and systems
• Skilled in gathering, structuring, and analyzing business and functional requirements
• Confident working directly with business stakeholders, end‑users, architects, and vendor teams
• Experienced in platform comparison and capability assessment
• Proactive, structured, and able to bring clarity in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment
• Communicating fluently in English within international, cross‑functional teams
• Flexible to operate in a Sunday–Thursday workweek during the first 3–4 months of the project (full alignment preferred but not mandatory)

• Contribute to the platform selection process for a major financial institution in the Middle East
• Analyze and map complex functional requirements across multiple potential solutions
• Prepare documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), gap analyses, and capability comparison matrices
• Facilitate and support discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and vendor solution demonstrations
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define end‑to‑end processes in Corporate and Investment Banking
• Provide advisory support based on industry best practices
• Assist in evaluating digitalization opportunities across onboarding, lending, corporate channels, and loan lifecycle management
• Travel onsite to Qatar approximately 20–30% of the time, if required
• Engage in a short‑term assignment with the possibility of extending the cooperation
