DescriptionJob Purpose:
To provide Suppliers Management support to the Suppliers Management & Systems Department along with support required for Director
- Suppliers Management & Systems Key Result Areas:
Monitor and follow‑up on the progress of Suppliers Management initiatives and projects. Analyze SLAs & KPIs data for Suppliers Management & Systems, review & publish monthly reports. Review and communicate procurement announcements through relevant channels. Prepare content, plan and facilitate procurement focal point / end user trainings. Act as focal point for Suppliers Management / Suppliers Registration processes. Establish and maintain professional relationship throughout Suppliers Lifecycle.
Screen suppliers through relevant screening platforms, verify accuracy & completeness of statutory documents submitted by suppliers. Collaborate on Tamkeen / ICV processes and requirements. Monitor PR central pool and assign PRs to the buyers as per guidelines and report status to Manager – Suppliers Management. Act as focal point for End User Relations; support QFCC in addressing general enquiries, grievances from end users.
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Supervisor. Minimum Knowledge,
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant discipline. 2‑5 years of relevant full‑time work experience in a similar field, preferably within the GCC. Good analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills. Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports, presentations and communications, articulating ideas clearly and concisely;
Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
