Overview
Provide advance analytical and technical writing capabilities to coordinate and deliver a comprehensive suite of executive-level deliverables, ensuring that management and shareholders receive clear, accurate, and timely insight into projects progress and status.
Function as a key member of the Integration Team, coordinating and stewarding governance related work scope across multiple projects.
Responsibilities- Coordinate internal and external interfaces: apply effective communication, initiatives, and influence-without-authority to drive alignment and issue resolution.
- Ensure alignment, consistency, and synergy across all projects to maintain compliance with established procedures, plans, and governance processes.
- Prepare and deliver clear reports and presentations covering project progress performance and status, forecasts, progress trends, deficits, and mitigation actions.
- Produce timely and concise governance reports, ensuring transparent visibility and early escalation of potential concerns.
- Develop, maintain, and report key performance indicators and progress metrics within regular reports, dashboards and presentations tailored to different audiences (executive, team members, shareholders), communicate performance clearly, highlighting progress, blockers, and impacts.
- Complete complex task independently, producing accurate and thorough outputs; take ownership of tasks that require advanced problem-solving, deep analysis, or cross‑functional coordination.
- Address ad‑hoc requests related to reporting, scheduling, and project analysis; manage time‑sensitive or unexpected requests from management or shareholders, ensuring quick turnaround without compromising accuracy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Project Management.
- 10 years’ experience in a Major Projects environment within the oil and gas industry in project engineering, significant knowledge of large‑scale projects including 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of contractor / subcontractors / service / vendor personnel.
- Experience of working with National Oil Companies or International Oil Companies will be an advantage.

- Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance
- Work Schedule:
- 10 Hours / 6 Days

- 36 months, with possible extension
