Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of tourism‑related projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor day‑to‑day project activities across departments.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Liaise with vendors, travel partners, and government entities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and tourism standards.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns related to tourism initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5‑8 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of Qatar's tourism landscape and regulatory environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
