Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a client project in Qatar. This role involves managing the product management lifecycle, collaborating with clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Manage the product management lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their requirements, translate them effectively, and communicate product strategies efficiently.
• Perform thorough technical business analysis and process mapping, converting intricate requirements into actionable product features and specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, acting as the project lead for various initiatives, to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps, setting clear objectives and milestones to achieve product success.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer‑centricity within the product team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in business analysis with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong background in business analysis, including market research, requirement gathering, process mapping, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience collaborating with international clients, understanding diverse requirements, and managing expectations effectively.
• Leadership capabilities, with previous experience leading projects or teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing cross‑cultural collaborations and client relationships.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools would be beneficial.
• Strong documentation skills, ensuring detailed and clear documentation for all project aspects.
