We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing, submitting, and managing tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in line with client specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary technical and commercial information.
• Analyze tender requirements and provide recommendations for bid strategy.
• Maintain a database of tenders, deadlines, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in post‑tender clarifications and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tendering or business development.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and tender management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of local and international tender regulations.
