As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo's Operations team in Doha as a Senior Process Excellence Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and business process re‑engineering across QR Cargo operations. You will focus on optimizing operational workflows to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance. You will also be collaborating with cross‑functional teams to standardize and automate processes, enabling cost‑effective and scalable operations. You will be a key enabler in aligning operational performance with strategic goals through data‑driven insights and robust governance frameworks.

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include the following:

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by analyzing operational performance data.
• Monitor and report cost‑saving initiatives, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with budgetary goals.
• Drive innovation by leveraging market trends and emerging technologies to improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop and track operational and financial KPIs, ensuring visibility and accountability across all regions.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and reviews to identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure effective adoption of new processes.

About you

• Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4 years of job‑related experience in process improvement projects, stakeholder management and time management.
• Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power
  
  BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Proficiency in using MS Visio and skilled in building business cases and executive presentations.
• Strong relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple, time‑sensitive deliverables and competing priorities.
• Ability to work extensively with cross‑functional teams, in a fast‑paced working environment.
