JobPurpose
- Responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Analyze business processes and finances, implement business plans, and establish effective networks.
- Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
- Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
- Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
- Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer/client’s behavior.
- Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
- Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
- Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
- Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar.
- Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) preferred.
- Previous experience as a Business Development Expert / Specialist in a related industry.
- Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
- Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both Arabic and English.
- 15-20 years professional experience
About the Client:
Our client is one of the leading construction companies offering state‑of‑the‑art engineering solutions in concrete rehabilitation, protection, structural strengthening, soil stabilization, and related services.
Responsibilities include:
- Write technical specifications describing company products and ensure they are stipulated in projects at the design stage.
- Ensure specifications cover the complete range of products with drawings, if required, for project design.
- Get product details specified to consultants, architects, and customers to incorporate into the tender stage.
- Continue professional development with specifiers, new consultants, and architects.
- Create awareness about the range of products and develop a specification data bank.
- Support the project team with technical discussions, design architects, and engineer presentations.
- Provide technical support to the sales team on the ground, organize training and meetings, assist with customer visits/pitches, and prepare proposals and construction documents.
- Own and maintain technical documentation, certification, and brochures.
- Manage customer support and respond to technical queries via telecommunication.
- Research and evaluate new product opportunities, ensuring effective branded marketing communications.
- Manage and oversee participation in events for product marketing.
- Create and design hand‑out material for brand awareness, translate technical documentation into local languages.
- Engineer or Degree in Marketing or equivalent; 2+ years’ experience in construction chemicals, proven track record.
- Excellent communication skills required (Arabic & English); team building skills.
