9.5 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)
Days Off:

Salary: QAR 5,000 (Full Package – inclusive of all allowances)

About the Role

Our client is seeking experienced and motivated Senior Procurement Officers specializing in Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This short-term assignment offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to procurement operations within the hospitality or facilities sector, with potential for contract extension based on performance and project requirements.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for OS&E items, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Identify and engage with reputable local and international suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar's procurement regulations and internal company policies.
• Maintain supplier databases, monitor performance, and foster strong vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with project, operations, and finance teams to meet procurement objectives and deadlines.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance to ensure on‑time fulfillment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the hospitality or facilities management sector in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar's supplier market and procurement regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Immediate availability is required.
