About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Client Success Coordinator to support the onboarding and implementation of new merchants for the fastest growing discounting mobile app in Qatar. This role involves working directly with businesses to ensure they are successfully contracted, set up, and activated on the platform to maximise their visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding of new merchants from signed agreement to full activation on the app.
  • Follow up on signed contracts, required documents, and brand materials to ensure smooth and timely completion.
  • Configure and publish client profiles, offers, and listings inside the app in accordance with platform standards.
  • Maintain close communication with merchants during the onboarding phase, handling queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless merchant experience.
  • Conduct in-person onboarding visits when needed (having your own car is strongly preferred).
  • Maintain accurate reporting of onboarding progress and productivity.
  • Help drive merchant engagement and encourage long-term retention.
  • Assist in solving onboarding-related issues promptly and professionally.
Who We're Looking For
  • Excellent knowledge of expat business community and consumer segments in Qatar.
  • Strong organisational and follow‑up skills.
  • A positive attitude and a service‑oriented approach.
  • Must be currently based in Qatar.
  • A car and driving licence strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in client management, coordination, merchant onboarding, sales support, or customer success roles is beneficial.
  • Able to start immediately.
  • Outstanding English skills. Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
  • You have a love of technology and curiosity to understand the latest digital trends.
  • You are an excellent listener.
Compensation Package

This role offers a hybrid pay structure:

Monthly base salary of QAR 2,500, plus

Productivity bonuses for each private‑labeled merchant sale, which could dramatically increase compensation to 6 digits monthly.
