Senior Procurement Officer (OS&E Specialist)-Hospitality

Location:

Lusail, Qatar
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance and project needs)
Availability:
Immediate Joining

Working Hours:

9.5 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)
Days Off:
Friday & Saturday
Salary: QAR 6,000 (Full Package – inclusive of all allowances)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Officer with a strong background in Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) procurement for hospitality, facilities, or related projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sourcing and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of both local and international OS&E suppliers and Qatar market regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and procure OS&E, kitchen equipment, and tableware for hospitality operations.
• Identify and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and procurement documentation using SAP ERP or similar systems.
• Collaborate with the operations, finance, and project teams to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the hospitality or facilities management sector in Qatar.
• Experience in tableware purchasing and hospitality industry projects.
• Expertise in sourcing and evaluating OS&E for hospitality/facilities.
• Familiar with local and international OS&E suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar market regulations and supplier network.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Immediate availability is required.
• SAP ERP experience is a plus.
