We are seeking a skilled manager to oversee operations, grow the business, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to manage the daily operations of Easy Sell Buy and grow the business. This role involves managing the team, handling premium clients, and ensuring high standards in all operations. Local candidate only with Noc and ready to join.
- Oversee daily operations including car intake, inspection, photography, listing, and client communication.
- Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenue and attract new premium clients.
- Manage, train, and lead a small team to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain excellent customer experience and handle client inquiries professionally.
- Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and report results regularly.
- Protect confidential business information and adhere to company policies.
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience or more in operations, preferably in automotive or premium car industry.
- Experience managing a team and executing business strategies.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Valid Qatar Driving License required.
- Experience dealing with premium clients preferred.
- Basic Salary: QAR 7,000 – 8,000
