Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Business Development Executive to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting day-to-day operational and administrative activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to customer engagement, and the ability to manage both on-site and office responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Facilities Management and related service sectors.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and prepare timely follow-up reports.
  • Manage client communications, including broadcast messages, promotional emails, and updates.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update business development and client databases.
  • Support Helpdesk/Call Center operations by handling inquiries, logging service requests, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain required reports, records, and correspondence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' Facilities Management experience in Business Development, Sales, or Admin Support.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Experience in Facilities Management FM will be required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
