Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Incharge for our Food & Beverage division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all purchasing activities, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities- Handle procurement of food, beverages, and related supplies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth supply flow.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
