Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning needs analysis and coordinate competency-based training programs.
- Manage learning schedules and activities using Success Factors LMS.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for training delivery.
- Analyze feedback and support continuous improvement of L&D programs.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Adult Education, or related field.
