Account Manager

We are looking for a strong and proactive Account Manager (Female / Male) to join our team in Doha.

Candidates must hold a valid Qatar driving license and valid Qatar residency.

The ideal candidate will manage key client accounts, handle inquiries, provide professional advice, and support the introduction of new products and services, with a strong focus on long-term contract management.

Sadou Design is a Doha-based advertising and creative company specializing in branding, events, and corporate gifts. We apply design thinking to deliver innovative, professional, and high-impact solutions while building long-term partnerships with our clients.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, overseeing budgets, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

The role includes primary responsibility for two long-term contracts, with flexibility to support additional accounts when required.

• Full ownership of two long-term contracts as the main client point of contact.
• Managing corporate gifts orders, sourcing, customization, and delivery.
• Managing branding, printing, and corporate identity activation requests.
• Coordinating internally with design, production, suppliers, and logistics teams.
• Ensuring all client requests are within contract scope or properly approved.
• Monitoring timelines, quality, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Supporting other accounts or projects when required, without impacting core contracts.
• Preparing regular reports and updates for management.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management.
• Experience in corporate gifts, branding, printing, or creative agencies is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in events management and knowledge of the Qatar market is a plus.
• Valid Qatar driving license and Qatar residency are mandatory.
