• Support partnership priorities and engagement strategies, including advocacy events and high‑level visits.
• Develop and implement UNDP Qatar’s communications strategy; manage social media platforms and produce multimedia content.
• Coordinate visibility efforts, success stories, and partnership documentation for strategic dialogues and donor engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of partnership engagements, portfolio milestones, and performance indicators using Quantum.
• Assist in negotiating funding agreements, preparing proposals, and producing reports, articles, and lessons learned.
• Organise and document meetings, advocacy campaigns, and UN‑recognised events to enhance UNDP’s positioning.
• Promote volunteerism and contribute to knowledge‑sharing through articles, translations, and UNV activities.

• Master’s degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in partnership building, communications, media relations, and event management; prior UN or development organisation experience preferred.
• Strong skills in social media management, digital content creation, and video production.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and manage high‑level advocacy initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; experience in Qatar or the Gulf region is an asset.
