As part of a regional agency with over a decade of marketing success in Turkey and Egypt, we're now bringing our innovative strategies and growth-driven mindset to the Qatari market.

We're seeking a Business Development Specialist to play a key role in driving our growth, forging new partnerships, and shaping Gravvvity's expansion in Qatar's dynamic business landscape.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries within Qatar.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential sectors, trends, and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, tenders, and partnership presentations.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align client objectives with Gravvvity's service offerings.
  • Lead negotiations and manage end-to-end deal processes — from initial outreach to contract closure.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and represent Gravvvity at relevant industry events and networking platforms.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales — preferably in marketing, media, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and digital transformation concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a high-growth environment.
  • Based in Qatar.
  • A car is a must.
