Proztec Qatar is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the manpower and staffing solutions sector. If you have strong experience in business development, client acquisition, and client relationship management within the recruitment or outsourcing industry, we'd love to hear from you.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the manpower and staffing sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide reports to management
• Conduct market research on trends and competition
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in sales within manpower, recruitment, or staffing
• Strong understanding of manpower outsourcing and staffing solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
