Role

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar, for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operational tasks, facilitate efficient communication between departments, support administrative processes, and assist in optimizing overall operational procedures. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the customer service team to ensure high satisfaction standards and assisting in implementing organizational strategies to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Operations Management and Administrative Assistance skills, with the ability to handle scheduling, reporting, and process coordination effectively.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate operational performance and implement improvements.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on providing a seamless experience and addressing client needs professionally.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and organizational tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or operations roles is considered beneficial.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
