Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role as a Procurement Specialist located in Doha, Qatar. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for day‑to‑day tasks related to purchase orders, contract negotiation, analyzing procurement needs, and executing purchasing activities.
Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day purchase orders and related processes.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze procurement needs to support business requirements.
- Execute purchasing activities and maintain procurement records.
- Purchase order and contract negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and facilities product procurement.
- Logistics coordination skills.
- Analytical skills to analyze procurement needs.
- Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in procurement or a related field.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations (plus).
