• Analyze trade investment and FDI opportunities across China and South Korea
• Assess market potential client segments and growth corridors
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to support expansion initiatives

• Support design of target coverage models and international operating structures
• Assess resource requirements support FTE needs and organizational capabilities
• Document target-state operating models and governance frameworks

• Identify product and platform capabilities required to support international growth
• Support gap assessments across trade finance cash management and connectivity solutions
• Define business requirements for product enhancements and platform enablement

• Coordinate with Coverage GTB Corporate Banking Operations Technology and international teams
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders

• Track delivery of expansion initiatives and capability development programs
• Support implementation of new products platforms and coverage capabilities
• Assist with governance reporting and management updates nbsp

• Develop dashboards and performance metrics to monitor trade and FDI growth
• Track progress against expansion objectives and business targets
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

• 7 ndash 10 years of experience in Banking Corporate Banking GTB Strategy Business Analysis or Transformation
• Experience supporting international banking trade finance or expansion initiatives preferred
• Exposure to operating model product or platform transformation programs nbsp
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Understanding of international banking trade finance and FDI ecosystems'
• Experience in business requirements gathering and operating model documentation
• Knowledge of product and platform implementation methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple business functions and geographies
• Experience in market assessment business case development and strategic planning preferred
