Your Role- To enter Purchase Orders in Birch Street and keep track of missing items when the receiving team performs the receiving
- Coordinate with other departments regarding Requisition s and possible orders
- Maintain track of all Requisition s that are still pending to be converted into PO
- Control and maintain the Market List in the system updating description and prices when required
- To extract monthly report for Open POs and maintain the system clean without any pending POs
- To follow up with the suppliers regarding pending deliveries
- To coordinate between departments and having proper planification on future orders
- To assist Receiving and Finance team when required
