Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in business analysis and strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), content management, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Work with AEM Content Fragments, Templates, content models, components, and authoring workflows
. - Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules
. - Define content management requirements covering content structure, workflows, approvals, publishing, versioning, and governance
. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, UX/UI, developers, architects, QA, and content teams.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and content optimization
. - Work with technical teams on AEM capabilities, integrations, APIs, templates, components, and content models
. - Manage and prioritize product backlogs and ensure requirements are development-ready.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate UAT
, including test scenarios, requirement validation, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off. - Manage requirements changes, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure AEM solutions meet business, usability, content governance, and quality requirements.

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with Content Fragments, AEM Templates, content models, components, and workflows
. - Strong requirements gathering, functional analysis, and business process analysis skills.
- Experience preparing functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps
. - Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience in backlog management and stakeholder management
. - Strong UAT and business validation experience.
- Understanding of AEM integrations, APIs, and enterprise content management
. - Experience with CMS/digital experience platforms and enterprise web ecosystems preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
