Planning Manager

My client are one of the worlds leading Principal Main Contractors who have in their 120 year history delivered iconic projects across all continents within the Building and Infrastructure sectors. With over 10,000 globally they are renowned for their expertise in design and build as for using highly innovative methods of constructions. Our client has been in the GCC region for over 20 years and have recently be awarded a multi million dollar mixed use development project in Doha – Qatar

We are looking for a Planning Manager who has extensive experience working as a Delay Analyst on issues relating to design changes and variations on the project’s program. Duties will include Time Impact Analysis, Extension Of Time claim submissions, with the ability to summarize the findings into a narrative substantiated by supporting documents, and communicate the findings to the Client’s representative in a convincing manner.

To be considered for this role you must have/be:
At least 10 years experience in dealing with Delay, Planning and Design Issue.
Working in the capacity of a Delay Analyst, Design Manager or Planning Manager.
Current or past GCC experience.
Work for a leading main contractor.
