MP & NFPS Projects Lifting Focal Point, ensuring lifting safety, compliance, standards, assurance, and incident management.

• MP & NFPS Projects Lifting Focal Point and Operations interface for lifting matters.
• Manage lifting assurance, compliance, and standards updates.
• Support lifting resource planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Review lifting risks and support critical operation assessments.
• Share lessons learned, best practices, and safety improvements.
• Maintain lifting performance reporting and drive risk mitigation.
• Resolve technical lifting issues and promote safety leadership.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
• 10+ years’ Oil & Gas major project experience, including supervisory roles.

• Extensive lifting equipment inspection, certification, and operations management experience.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, BS, DNV, ISO, and LOLER standards.
• Experience in lifting assurance, compliance, and technical authority roles.
• Client standards knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and professional office applications.
